If the serum accidentally gets into your eyes, some users may experience a brief stinging sensation, while others may not experience any discomfort at all. Sensitivity varies from person to person.

For the most comfortable experience, follow these three simple steps:

1. Less is more. When removing the applicator, gently wipe off any excess serum against the bottle opening.
2. Apply along the lash line. Apply only to the skin just above the lash roots, avoiding the eyeball and inner mucous membrane.
3. Use once daily. We recommend applying the serum once a day, preferably before bedtime.

If the serum accidentally gets into your eyes and causes discomfort, rinse immediately and thoroughly with plenty of clean water.

Absolutely! In our testing, we were particularly pleased with the conditioning results on the lower lashes.

Simply wipe off any excess serum from the applicator and gently dab it onto the skin along the lower lash roots.
